Copplestone, Kelly Jaqueline August 8, 1975 - April 25th, 2022

Kelly Jaqueline Copplestone (nee Fisher), age 46, beloved daughter of late Kenneth Fisher and Rosalie Fisher (nee Murdoch), sister to Noel Murdoch and Karen Fisher, and Aunt to Josh Spilotro, passed away peacefully at home in her sleep on April 25th, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones.  She leaves behind her loving husband of 22 years, Shaun Copplestone, and her two children Connor and Tristan.

In Kelly's earlier years, she greatly enjoyed her post-secondary education, first graduating in Business Administration at Humber College, with distinction, achieving the President's Letter.  Humber was where she met her future husband Shaun,  while they worked together in the computer lab.  She later continued her education at Ryerson University, graduating with a Bachelor of E-Commerce.

Kelly loved her two sons completely and nothing gave her more joy than dedicating herself to being a full time mother.  Everything she had done was for their benefit. Over the years she coached their baseball teams and for a few years, their soccer teams.  She spent many nights preparing costumes for student theatre and figure skating recitals. Once her sons joined the Army Cadets, Kelly volunteered with the RHLI 2379 Burlington Army Cadets support committee, actively raising funds for the cadets to travel to Vimy, France.

Kelly enjoyed reading and spending time with her family, playing games and watching movies.  Kelly had found her passion in renovating and designing homes and on many occasions,  had helped her family with designing a new kitchen or bathroom.

Kelly was extremely generous of heart and always gave of herself to anyone who needed her help.  She will be sorely missed and never forgotten . . . Gone too soon at the young age of 46.

Our thanks go to the staff at Juravinski Cancer Centre, the nurses with the LHIN,  Bayshore Healthcare, and Dr Cescon for supporting Kelly and her family throughout her long and difficult journey.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 15th from 11:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Home.

In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask that donations be made to Hamilton Health Sciences
