SMITH, Kenneth John, February 22, 1940 - March 3, 2013
Ken passed away at Lakeridge Health Corporation, Oshawa, on Sunday, March 3, 2013 after a long courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 73.
Ken is survived by his wife Sharon (Wright), 3 sons - Trevor, Ken Jr, and Randy, 2 grandchildren - Reanda-Lee Smith and Haley Smith.
Ken is now with his father, Pte. Thomas Walker Smith who passed away 22 days before Ken was born, mother Martha Smith (nee Appleyard) and brother, Melvin Smith
A MEMORIAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, MARCH 14, 2013 AT NORTHMINSTER UNITED CHURCH located at 676 Simcoe St N (Simcoe and Rossland) in Oshawa. Visitation 1 – 2pm, Service at 2 pm followed by refreshments at the Colonel R.S. McLaughlin Armoury, 53 Simcoe St North, Oshawa in the Mess Hall.
