TOTH, Kenneth Stephen – (b.September 7, 1938) Passed away in his 77th year on Friday, December 4, 2015 at Port Colborne Hospital after a brief battle with cancer. Husband of 54 years to Virginia (Sacco), father to only son David. Cremation has taken place. A private funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 17.
