Aston, Leona (Lea) Doris (nee Hill)

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the peaceful passing of Leona Aston (nee Hill). Born in East York, July 10, 1937 to February 7, 2021, in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Ronald Aston. She is predeceased by her parents Harold and Elsie Hill and her twin sister Judith Thoms. Lea will be remembered by her son, Greg Park (Beth), stepdaughter, Lynn Lambert (Rob), granddaughters, Sarah Park and Lauren Lambert. Lea grew up in East Toronto and graduated from East York High School and enjoyed travel to Caribbean destinations. Lea worked at Metropolitan Toronto Police Community Services for 35 years retiring in November 1993.

Due to current Covid restrictions, a private family Celebration of Life will be held at a future date. In expression of sympathy in lieu of flowers, any donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
