WADE, Leroy
Passed away peacefully in the city of Ottawa on December 24th 2016 at the age of 61. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Leroy was born in Kingston, Jamaica and was the son of Mavis, proud Uncle of Tyler, Aaron and Mikayla; brother of Paulette and Stephen; He was predeceased by his brother Joe (Fitzy).
A Memorial service will be held at the Edgewood Care Centre, 9 Stevens Avenue, Ottawa, on January 9th, 2017 at 1:30 p.m.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Edgewood Care Centre for the care they provided to Leroy while he was in residence and to the Bruyere Palliative Care Unit for the compassion and support provided.
Donations to the Edgewood Care Centre and to the Bruyere Palliative Care Unit would be most appreciated.
