Born October 9th 1976, Leyla, age 47 passed away suddenly on January 24th 2024. The daughter of Samir and Frances, and sister to James and Liza Banoub, she was a beloved mother, sister, and friend. Leyla was a beacon of light in the lives of those around her, radiating warmth and kindness wherever she went. Known for her unwavering compassion and generosity, Leyla touched the hearts of many with her gentle spirit and caring nature.
After a long struggle with mental health issues, Leyla is finally at peace.
Every heart bowed every heart filled with pain silenced echoed loudly as your beautiful wings were gained. The tears did far like rain on the day the angels softly said your name. I will love you forever rest in peace my angel sister. I am sorry for the pain, I am sorry I couldn't take it away. The fact that you are no longer here will always cause me pain but you forever in my heart until we meet again. Squishes Love and Light, Your loving sister, Liza.
In a world of walls and vampires, Leyla shone bright. The nicest person, her kindness a guiding light. Lost her to the darkness, the devils knife. The devil works tirelessly, 25 hours a day. Trying to lead us all astray, be careful of whom you obey or you will be going in satins way. Choose wisely for the choices we make can lead us to heaven or a fiery lake. Be mindful of your actions each day, give thanks and praise to lord everyday. One Love, James.
Forever in our hearts. Heaven has gained an angel ❤
In lieu of flowers, we would like to donate to a charity supporting women and children's mental health in her honour.
There will be a donation box at the reception or we will graciously accept e-transfers to banoubliza@gmail.com.
