Lindsay Ward

 Lindsay passed away on February 8, 2024 in his 87th year, following a lengthy illness. He was the only child of Marjorie Grace Nesbitt Ward, U.E. and  Francis Shepard Ward, CD, Commander, Royal Canadian Navy. He is survived by one cousin, Grace Nesbitt Fulford, Brantford, On.

Born in Toronto, he was raised in the Ottawa area and lived for most of his life in Orleans, Ontario. He was a much loved “adopted” uncle and loyal friend. He was highly intelligent and was a computer geek of the first order. We will all miss his insights, thoughtful conversation and company.  Rest in peace, dear friend.
