Lorraine LaRose (née Dubé)

Lorraine LaRose passed away peacefully on January 9, 2025, in Cornwall, Ontario, at the age of 93. 

Lorraine was the devoted wife of her late husband, Lyle LaRose. She was a loving mother to Michael, Brenda (Wally), and Kenneth (Diane). She found immense joy in her family and cherished her role as a grandmother to seven granddaughters and a great-grandmother to fourteen great-grandchildren. 

Known for her warmth and kindness, Lorraine touched the lives of many. Her generosity and loving spirit left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her. 

A Mass in memory of Lorraine will be held at Holy Rosary Church on Wellington Street (front doors at 20 Grant Street) in Ottawa on Sunday, January 19, 2025. 

May Lorraine’s memory bring comfort to those who mourn her passing and inspire all who carry forward her legacy of love and compassion.
