GOSSE, Lydia (Proprietor of Gosse’s Newfoundland Grocery) – Passed away peacefully at Roberta Place in Barrie on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at the age of 100. Beloved wife of the late Norman. Dear mother of Norma Dellio (the late James), Ruth LeFeuvre and the late Doreen Pogue (the late Lawrence). Loving grandmother of Stephanie, David, Michelle, Gregory, Jennifer, Jeffrey and great-grandmother of 11. Dear sister of Jean Froude (the late Byron) and Walter Barrett (Ruby). Predeceased by her siblings Emily Bennett, William Barrett and Joyce Smith. Friends may call at the JENNETT FUNERAL & CREMATION CENTRE, 152 Bradford Street in Barrie on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12:30 p.m. Reception to follow service at St. George’s Anglican Church (9 Granville Street, Barrie).
