Mabel Leone Dares

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mabel Leone Dares on 7 Jan 2013 at the age of 96. Mabel was born in Lunenburg, NS and lived her first 92 years there, but spent her remaining time near family in Mississauga. She will be sorely missed by her two sons, Gilbert and David, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren and other family and numerous friends.
A memorial to celebrate Mabel’s life will be held at The Wenleigh Long Term Care on Sunday Jan 13 at 2:00 pm. It was Mabel’s wish to be buried next to her husband in Lunenburg and a grave side service will be held in Lunenburg at a future date.
