Marc Joseph Rene Giroux: July 19, 1962 – August 13, 2018.
Passed away suddenly, after a tragic fall in his own home just three days earlier. Marc leaves behind two sons, Ryan and Shawn, two sisters Marie Levine and Renee Duplessis, and his mother, Anne Devaul. Marc will be remembered fondly by his friends and colleagues at DEW Engineering and Development. If you wanted it made of steel or aluminum Marc could do it for you. Marc loved bringing home scraps from the factory and turning them into pieces of art for his home and garden. Marc has been able to donate several organs to those in need, thanks to the Trillium Foundation, and to all of the amazing people who staff the ICU in Neurology at the Ottawa Hospital, Civic Campus.
Marc is being cremated and funeral arrangements will be private. Visitation Friday, Aug 17, from 3-7 pm, at 2303 Fox Cres.
