Marcus Birch

Marcus passed away peacefully after a very stubborn and brave battle. It’s very hard to let him go but we are so glad he is no longer suffering. We are very grateful for the time we had with him. We have so many good memories of fun family times and we will miss him very much. He will also be missed by his parents Jim and Marion Birch and Dee Woodsit, as well as his siblings and their families: Steve and Carol; Paul, Kim, Jannon, and Kameron; Nicola, Jeff, Allie, Olivia and Grace; Vanessa, Gordon, Millar and Bailey. He also has many relatives in Canada and England. We want to say thank you to all the family and friends for their support, visits, calls, and just coming over to sit with him. Special thanks also go out to Dr. Archie Grace for always being there when we needed him to come over; Joy and Erin from VON; everyone at Arbour Glen Day Nursery for making it easier for Cyndee to be home when needed; Dr. Malik and all the staff of 7D at Victoria Hospital for their amazing care and compassion. We knew he was being well taken care of. At Marcus’ request, there will be no funeral. Please feel free to leave condolences here.
