McDonald, Margaret Muir was born in Glasgow, Scotland and passed away peacefully at Mississauga Hospital on November 15, 2016 in her 86th year with her family by her side.

Margaret was generous and caring, feisty, strong and unique. She loved dressing fashionably, wearing hats and scarves, scoring bargains, cooking, baking and sharing her delectable delights with others.
Although Margaret had endured ill health for too long she was not a quitter, she often quoted: "One day at a time" - a slogan which had helped her through adversity on stressful occasions. Thanks to the unselfish dedication of her son Wayne, Margaret was able to remain in her own home until her dying days.
Cremation has taken place with a celebration of Margaret’s life to be held at a later date.
