Maria Gabriela Castilho

It is with great sadness that the family of Maria Gabriela Castilho announce her sudden passing on Thursday October 19th 2023 at the age of 52 after losing her battle with mixed connective tissue disease.
Maria will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Jorge (Linda), Ana Bela (Victor), children, Nicolas (Jodi), Tyler (Nicole), grandchildren, Nolan & Gabriela, and sisters, Ana (Carlos), Paula (Joe); and numerous other family members and friends.
A visitation will be held on Sunday October 22nd., at Basic Funerals and Cremation Choices, Jennett Memorial Centre on 152 Bradford St. in Barrie, Ontario.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday October 24th at 10:00 a.m., at St. Mary's Catholic Church on 65 Amelia Street in Barrie, Ontario
Memorial Donations in Maria's name may be made to the Royal Victoria Health Centre in Barrie, Ontario. The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff at the Royal Victoria Health Centre in Barrie for their care and compassion.
