IN LOVING MEMORY

1930 – 2022

Maria Kontopoulos, wife of the late Antonis,  passed away peacefully on October 28th, 2022 at the age of 92 surrounded by her family  – loving mother to Athanasia Soula  (Bob) and George (Penelope),  cherished grandmother “Yiayia” to Tom (Beth), Anthony (Malina), Christina (Greg), Mariah (Peter Chris) and Demetra,  adored great grandmother to Theia, Athan, Henry, Andreas, Krisalyn and Bette.  Loving aunt to her many nieces and nephews.

Born in Anogia Sparti Greece, emigrate to Canada in October 1953, met the love of her life Antonis and married in November 1959.

She will be greatly missed, her memory will live on in the hearts and minds of her family.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hellenic Home for the Aged Long Term Care
