Marie Louise Yvonne Lees

Louise was predeceased by her husband, Bob, and daughter, Linda. She leaves behind her sons, Rick (Christine), Scott (Mary), Michael (Jennifer) and daughter Kimberley (Luc); her grandchildren, Shannon, Adam, Ryan, Quinn, Jade, Jessica, Benjamin and Meghan; and great-grandchildren, Maizie, James, Josephine and Liam.

Louise was born in St Lin des Laurentides, Quebec.  She and her husband, Bob, raised five children in Ontario, Quebec and Connecticut, and eventually settled in London, Ontario, where they ran a successful restaurant for several years before retirement. Following Bob's passing, Louise moved to Oakville to be closer to family.

Louise was a strong, proud and loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother.  Throughout our many moves due to dad's career, she always provided a comfortable, loving and secure home for her family.  

Thank you to the staff at Palermo Village Retirement Residence and to the staff at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital for the care provided during her brief time there.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Linda Frances Lees Award at the Nursing School at Western University, UWO Fund #77L170 would be appreciated.  The fund was established to benefit deserving students in need of financial assistance.
