2025年3月25日中午12点，在与癌症艰难抗争了一年半之后，高美媛女士于多伦多颐康中心的安宁病房，在家人的陪伴下平静地离世，享年85岁。

高美媛女士于1940年6月2日出生于中国大连市，后于西安市工作直至退休。她与乔文逍结婚，育有两个女儿乔坤和乔欣，并有三个外孙儿女。高美媛女士为人善良，性格亲和，乐于助人，为家人爱戴，为朋友尊重。她于晚年归入主名，神的慈爱伴随了她将近19年。我们相信她已经爱息主怀。

At 12:00pm, March 22, 2025, at Yee Hong Hospice Palliative Care in Toronto, at age 85,after fighting against cancer for one and half year, Meiyuan Gao passed away peacefully at the companion of her family.

Meiyuan Gao was born on June 2, 1940. She was born in Dalian City, China. She worked in Xian City until retirement. She married Wenxiao Qiao. They had two daughters , Kun Qiao and Xin Qiao, and three grandchildren. She is kind and gentle, deeply loved by family and respected by friends. She was baptized in the name of Lord Jesus in her late years. The grace of God has been with her for 19 years. She has rest in peace.

A memorial service will be held on 12:00-13:00 pm, March 29, 2025, at Forest Lawn Mausoleum & Cremation Centre. Located at 4570 Yonge St. Toronto Ontario M2N5L6
