On Sunday, September 13, 2020, Melvin Scott Pallo, after bravely battling a diagnosis of brain cancer, passed away at his home in Burlington, at the age of 59, with his loving partner, Kim McMullen, by his side.
Scott was born on October 2, 1960, in Hamilton, Ontario, to Arlene (Dawe) Pallo and Jonathan Melvin Pallo.
Scott was a person that never let obstacles stand in his way. He would ride for miles on his beloved bike, found peace when playing his acoustic guitar, was passionate about growing vegetables and beautiful flowers, and loved all things to do with fish. Breeding fish was a hobby that he and Kim shared together, as well as fishing in the great outdoors, and will always be remembered wearing his beloved hat with its hawk feather! Scott was a skillful painter and was well loved and trusted by all of his customers.
Scott was preceded in death by his mother, Arlene, and his father, Jonathan. He is survived by his partner, Kim McMullen, by one child, and by his siblings, John, William, and Cameron, and by his nieces and nephews and his loved step son Ed.
As together we heal from our loss of Scott, we hold as a treasure the stories and memories that we have of him. We would welcome each of you to share your memories, your stories (and photos!) that you hold of Scott on this tribute wall.
Scott, you will always be held in my heart. ~ Kim
