Michael (Syl) Carew

CAREW, Michael Adrian Sylvio 1951 – 2015 After a short battle with cancer, at the age of 64. Devoted son of Margaret and William(deceased), and one of 14 children. Pre-deceased by his brothers, Justin, Billy and Jerry, and his sister Teresa (Houle). Syl will be greatly missed by his surviving siblings – John, Lawrence, Mary, Denis, Tony, Rita, Roma, Brian, and Loraine, and his many nieces and nephews. Thank you to the Ottawa Hospital CIvic Campus doctors, nurses and staff for caring for our brother. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2015, at Hope Cemetery 4660 Bank Street, Ottawa, which is just south of Leitrim Road. A private reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made In Memory of Mike Carew to Christie Lake Kids Camp 400 Coventry Rd. Ottawa K1K 2C7.
