Michael Joseph Webb, affectionately known as Junior, passed away at 6:25pm on October 11, 2023, at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre. He was born on November 24, 1945, in Flat Bay, St. Teresa's, Newfoundland. Michael was predeceased by his partner Donna Seguin. He was a loving and kind-hearted individual who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
From his early years, it was evident that Michael possessed a genuine love for people. He had a natural ability to connect with others and was known for his warm personality and good manners. His generous nature touched the lives of many, and his acts of kindness were a testament to the beautiful soul he possessed.
One couldn't help but be captivated by Michael's great sense of humor. He had an infectious laugh that brightened up any room he entered. His witty remarks and lighthearted banter brought joy to those around him and created lasting memories.
In his free time, Michael found solace in pursuing his hobbies of fishing and hunting. These activities allowed him to connect with nature and find peace in the tranquility of the outdoors. He cherished these moments spent in pursuit of his passions.
Michael was a beloved family man. He held a special place in the hearts of his late family members: Mother Susanna "Susie" Webb, Grandmother Mary Webb née Francis, siblings Patricia Legge née Webb, Joan Webb, Kevin Webb, nephew Brian, and Michael MacDonald. Their bond was unbreakable, filled with love and cherished memories that will live on forever.
He is survived by his children Tammy Nunez, Michael Webb, Tania Webb (Joel); son-in-law Alex; daughter-in-law Brenna; grandchildren Vanessa, Gabrielle, Violet, Piper, Lily; sister Bertha Bradley née Webb (Roy), nephews Todd, Steven (Karen), Troy; sister Sylvia Ough née Webb; nieces and nephews Cindy (Michael), Melinda (Kevin), Jason (Kate), late brother Kevin’s partner Rose and their children Roger, Michael and Crystal (Aidan) and her daughter Kyra; close friends Dave (Barbara), Fran, Bryan, Lisette, Buck, Rick, Shelly, Blanche, Carl, Effie, and Betty; and all other family members hold cherished memories of their time together.
The impact Michael had on the lives of those around him was profound. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and laughter that will forever be engraved in our hearts. His memory will continue to inspire us to live life with compassion and humor.
As we say goodbye to Junior, let us remember the joy he brought into our lives. May his spirit guide us through moments of sadness and remind us to cherish the precious gift of life. Rest in peace, dear Michael Joseph Webb. You will be forever missed but never forgotten.
