Micheline “Michelle” Curadeau was a woman like no other. She was considerate, compassionate and an amazing listener. She was goofy and always gave everyone around her a good laugh. She was kind hearted, with an immense love for animals. She loved being outside, walking through nature and enjoying everything the world had to offer. She was a fighter, a brave and courageous woman. She was loved. Micheline departed her loving family after her fight with pancreatic cancer on September 10th 2021.
Micheline Curadeau was born on May 16th, 1968 in the village of Riviere au Renard. Beloved daughter of Roger Curadeau (Denise). Micheline is survived by her four children who she loved dearly, Ashley Mcleod, Kyle Henderson, Sarah Samuels, and Kaitlin Edmonds. Micheline was a free spirited adventurer, raising the children in Toronto, Ontario and later relocating to Matane, Quebec to be closer to her Quebecois roots. She settled down in Cornwall, Ontario where she met her loving partner Mario L’italien. Throughout the years Micheline was an ambitious hard worker. As a single mother she always worked her hardest to provide her children. She was selfless and motivated like no other.
Micheline is survived by her siblings, Johanne Curadeau, Jocelyne Curadeau and Yvan Curadeau.
She joins her late brother Michel Curadeau. She is survived by her many nieces, nephews and grand children.
Micheline had wished to be cremated and her ashes lay with her loved ones. A celebration of life will take place on October 16th, to confirm attendance please reach out to a member of the family.
As expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be given to Cornwall Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society.
