Monika (Haberecht) Nawrat

Monika Nawrat, age 74, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2020, due to pancreatic cancer at St. Joseph's Hospital in Toronto, Canada. She was born July 1, 1945, in Zabrze, Poland. She married her longtime friend and love, Piotr Nawrat, in January of 1966 who preceded her in death in 2005.

Monika was a beloved mother and grandmother, she will be missed by her loving daughter Barbara, son-in-law Witold, and grandchildren Patrycja and Michael.

Monika was a kind-hearted woman who was always surrounded by people due to her hospitality and love for others.

A celebration of life cannot occur at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
