Muriel Turner

Muriel Ethel Turner passed away suddenly, yet peacefully, at Emmanuel Village in Kitchener on the morning of Thursday, October 31st, aged 95. She was predeceased in 1994 by her husband of 45 years, Robert Francis. She leaves behind her children, John Turner, Marjory Halle and Gordon Turner, grandchildren Daniel Turner, Nathan Turner, Deborah Smid, Toby Halle, Megan Halle, Jacob Halle, Laurel Turner and Max Turner, and twelve great-grandchildren Gloria, Aaron, Naomi, Eva and Joel Turner, Mercedes, Marcus, Emmanuel and Zoe Turner, Olivia Smid, Lillian Halle and Celia Halle. The families wish to thank all the staff of Emmanuel Village for the care and friendship they provided during her five years with them, and whose special care so much brightened her life and helped retain its quality to the end. In accordance with her wishes and with the agreement of her family there was an immediate cremation. A memorial service was held on Sunday November 10th at Koinonia Christian Fellowship, Bloomingdale ON. As an expression of sympathy donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
