Nadia Mongeon - Duplain O'Connor

Having faced numerous challenges in her life, Nadia passed away peacefully on November 14th, 2019, in Ottawa, Ontario. She leaves behind her children and step–children (Kyara, Brayden, Vesta, Elisha, Jesse & lyrеll); her grandson (Jahziah); her parents (Rick & Claire O‘Connor); her grandparents (Albert & Christy Mongeon and Huguette O‘Connor); as well as Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, extended family members and many, many friends. Nadia had a lot of people of who loved her and she will be greatly missed. We can all take solace knowing that, at long last, Nadia is now at peace. Many thanks to the dedicated staff at the Critical Care Unit at the Ottawa Heart Institute for the exceptional care, respect and solemn dignity they gave Nadia and her family. The family is grieving privately and will make arrangements for a memorial at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting that a donation be made in Nadia‘s name to any of the following organizations (or a charity of your choosing): the Ottawa Heart Institute; Rideauwood Addiction & Family Counselling; or the Somerset West Community Health Centre (Addictions & Mental Health Programs).
