With great sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved Vassilios (Bill) Panagopoulos. God called on Bill on Saturday, April 27th,2024. He is survived by his mother, Katina Panagopoulos and brother, Aristide. Caring brother to Georgina Alvarez and Aristide Panagopoulos. Beloved uncle to Amanda (Godfather to her) and niece, Melissa.
Bill
was such a caring man and would always put the needs of others first. Since the passing of his late father, Gus, in 1997, he became the man of the household. He would do anything and everything for his mother, Katina, and siblings. When his nieces came along he helped care for them in many ways. School drop-offs/pick-ups, preparing various meals, teaching them cooking techniques, expanding their knowledge of various topics, the list goes on. He had a huge passion for cooking, which led to the creation of many new delicious and famous recipes. An even greater passion was the hours he spent reading and researching any and every topic. His immense knowledge of many subjects led him to love sharing his findings for hours on end with anyone who would take the time to listen and discuss them. We can’t forget his love and knowledge of cool cars and interior design. He would always go above and beyond to help others and make sure that they had the best of whatever they needed. Now we cherish and hold on to the fond memories he left us.
May He Rest in Peace and his memory be eternal.
