Norah Helen Kick (96) passed away peacefully on April 14, 2023 at her son’s home in Barrie. She was born in Montreal, Quebec, May 15, 1926, daughter of Thomas and Kate (Evans) Jarrett and is survived by her children, William, Wesley, Wendy (Priestman), Brenda (Bemis) and Wayne Fellows. Additional survivors include grandchildren Kevin, Angela (Carachi), and Andrew Priestman; Tay-Tara, Emmanuel, and Alexander (Bain) Fellows; great grandchildren: Alysha, Caitlin and Damon Carachi; Teagan and Hawksley Fellows; Jordan and Scott Priestman; several great great grandchildren and longtime friend, Dorothy Oakley. An avid church-goer, she became an active member of St Paul’s Anglican Church, Innisfil, and St Mark’s Episcopal Church in Clark Mills, New York, excelling to lay person and secretary, as well as secretary to the senior centre, in Clark Mills. Shortly after her husband’s (Leslie W Kick) passing, she was diagnosed with dementia and returned to Canada, to live with her son Wayne. She loved her family and her family loved her and she will be truly missed.
