Pamela Joan O'Donoughue

Pamela Joan O'Donoughue (Keable) was born in Colchester, England in 1947. In 1963, she immigrated to Canada with her father (Phillip Anthony Keable), stepmother (Anne Keable) and three brothers; Jeremy, Paul and Maxwell. Her brother Guy decided to stay in England. She married Mark Andrew O'Donoughue in 1968. Pamela and her husband taught in Kapuskasing for fifteen years, in Ottawa for 14 years and in Quaqtaq, Nunavik for one year. Over the years, they volunteered in their local community, and in many different countries. Pamela has three wonderful children: Jeffrey (Joanne Lortie), Jennifer (Keith Desjardins), Jonathon (Ann Butterworth), 12 cherished grandchildren (Takara, Hannah, Maxx, Zak, Eva – Jocelyne, Justin - Chris, Laurel, Izzy, Quinn, Neil) and a great grandchild (Sterling). Pamela lived a life of service. Her patience, generosity and kindness will not be forgotten by the many, many people whose lives she touched.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life with us on May 27, 2022 at St Mary’s Anglican Church in Navan, Ontario. A visitation will be held from 12:30-2:00 in the church hall. The service will be held at 2:00 in the church, followed by a reception.

En 1963, elle a immigré au Canada avec son père (Phillip Anthony Keable), sa belle-mère (Anne Keable) et ses trois frères; Jérémy, Paul et Maxwell. Son frère Guy est rester en Angleterre. Elle a épousé Mark Andrew O'Donoughue en 1968. Pamela et son mari ont enseigné à Kapuskasing pendant quinze ans, à Ottawa pendant 14 ans et à Quaqtaq, Nunavik pendant un an. Au fil des années, ils ont fait du bénévolat dans leur communauté et dans nombreux pays différents. Pamela a trois merveilleux enfants: Jeffrey (Joanne Lortie), Jennifer (Keith Desjardins), Jonathon (Ann Butterworth), 12 petits-enfants spéciaux (Takara, Hannah, Maxx, Zak, Eva – Jocelyne, Justin - Chris, Laurel, Izzy, Quinn, Neil et 1 arrière petit-enfant (Sterling). Pamela a vécu une vie de service. Sa patience, sa générosité et sa gentillesse ne seront pas oubliées par les nombreuses personnes dont elle a touché la vie.

Sa famille et ses amis sont invités à célébrer sa vie avec nous le 27 mai 2022 à l'église anglicane St Mary à Navan, en Ontario. Une visite aura lieu de 12h30 à 14h00 dans la salle paroissiale. Le service aura lieu à 14h00 dans l'église, suivi d'une réception.
