Patricia Anne Adams

With profound sadness and heavy hearts, we share the passing of Patricia Anne Adams on October 27, 2024, at Oakville Memorial Hospital. Patricia lived a life filled with love and warmth, touching the hearts of everyone who knew her. She is now reunited with her beloved parents, Frank and Dorothy Abernethy, who predeceased her. 

Patricia leaves a legacy of love through her sister Judy, children David and Shelley,  and her treasured granddaughters Jaclyn and Sarah, along with her many nieces and nephews, who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts. 

We invite family and friends to celebrate Patricia’s beautiful life on Wednesday, November 27th, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion (35 Front Street North, Mississauga) 

In Patricia’s honor, and in lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that you consider donating to the Canadian Cancer Society and/or the Ontario Humane Society, causes she held close to her heart. 

Patricia will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who were fortunate to know her.
