Paddy passed away peacefully at the age of 90 on Saturday January 30th, 2021 at Toronto Western Hospital. Born in Dublin, Ireland where he lived most of his life, Paddy loved music, including playing the accordion and organ. He devoted his life to caring for his mother, Catherine, until her passing in 1990.
In 1994, Paddy immigrated to Canada to be reunited with his siblings. He lived a modest life and continued to enjoy listening to and playing music. He particularly enjoyed playing piano for fellow residents of St. Matthew’s Brackendale House, Toronto. Paddy said that the happiest days of his life were those spent in Canada and was especially thankful for the kindness from the staff and friendship from the residents of St. Matthew's Brackendale House.
Paddy was predeceased by parents, Joseph and Catherine Jesson, and sisters Lily Gibbons (Joe) and Annie Beckley (Alan). He is survived by his sister Maureen Mulhall (Harry), brother Joe Jesson (Dorothy) and many nieces, nephews, as well as great-nieces and nephews.
