Patrick passed on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at the age of 31.

Patrick leaves behind Mom Anita, Dad Clermont, Sisters Tina, Patricia, Ricky Lee, Dominique and Daughter Addison as well as Niece Julia and Nephews Lincoln, Greyson, Danny and Travis.

Forever loved.

Service will be held at St. John's Dixie Cemetery & Crematorium at 737 Dundas Street E., Mississauga, ON L4Y 2B5 on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
