TAYLOR, Patrick James (March 17, 1950 – July 5, 2018)
Patrick James Taylor, aged 68, passed away on Thursday July 5, 2018, at Credit Valley Hospital after a brief journey with cancer. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Nurse), father of Theresa (Scott Hall), Emma and Caleb, son of Noel (deceased) and Dorothy (nee Evelyn), brother of Robert (Marie), David (Pamela) and Harry, uncle, cousin and friend of many, Patrick was a kind and loving man, a man of faith and prayer. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him, but we rejoice in the knowledge that he has gone home to be with his Lord. The Taylor family would like to express their thanks to Dr. John Gapski and the staff of Queensway Health Centre's Oncology Clinic, as well as the doctors and staff at the Oncology and Palliative Care units of Credit Valley Hospital, for their support and care. A Memorial Tribute/Celebration of Life service will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 295 Queen Street South, Mississauga, on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow in the church gym. Donations in memory of Patrick Taylor may be made to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church (Streetsville/Mississauga) at standrewsstreetsville.ca/give/donate or to the Trillium Health Partners Foundation at trilliumgiving.ca/inmemory.
