“Forever in our hearts” Paul G. Korosi May 27, 1944 – March 25, 2020
It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the peaceful passing of Paul G. Korosi, with his loving wife by his side, who fought a long and difficult battle with cancer on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at the age of 75. He was surrounded by his family during his last days.
Loving and devoted husband of 48 years to Marta. Beloved father to Paul and Christine. Cherished and proud grandpa to Tyler and Mason. He will be lovingly remembered by his sister Margit (Egyed) and nephews, niece, great nephews, great niece and many friends.
Paul was dearly loved and respected by many in his everyday life. He was a phenomenal husband, father and grandpa. His passion for his family was that of a true family man. He was gifted with skilled hands that could fix anything, and a brain that could build anything. He was an avid traveller who visited many parts of the world, dedicated Formula 1 fan and a dog lover (especially to his cherished dog, Bentley).
Paul’s passing will leave an unfillable void of love with all of those who’s lives he touched. You will be greatly missed.
A service will be held at St. John’s Dixie Cemetery & Crematorium on Friday, April 3, 2020. We regret to inform you that this will be held for the immediate family members only due to the current mandate of the Ontario government regarding social distancing. A celebration of Paul’s life will be held at a later date to be announced.
