July 16,1960 -  January 5, 2022 ( age 61)

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Paul Langlois at the age of 61 on January 5th 2022 at Civic Ottawa Hospital after 18 months battle against Colon Cancer.  His loving wife of 25 years, his son Michael and his only brother Robert (Diane) at his side.

Paul was a strong willed and never backed down from what he believed in, a proud dad, big hearth, someone who could always find humour in any situation, love to laugh, and was happiest when spending time with his wife, his son and friends at the cottage. Paul truly brought an immense amount of fun and laughter into the world and we will miss him dearly.
Paul was a true professional in the world of tunnelling, he learned from his late dad Cyrille Langlois. Paul was a true mentor and love to help and teach the younger generation. He had a big personality, hard worker, honest, and always took time for help and listening others, and he had a presence that will be missed.

He will be fondly missed by his son Michael Langlois, his stepson Frédérick Deschenes, his only brother Robert Langlois (Diane Lussier), many nieces & nephews, cousins, family and friends, his godson Mathew Bourbonniere Morin (Samantha Nardo) whom he cherished, and by everyone he knew and touched but will remain close in our hearts.

Due to the current COVID restrictions, a celebration of light  will be held at a later date. the date, time and location will be updated when finalized..
