LEIDECKER, Peter Paul
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Peter Leidecker. Peter passed away peacefully on March 8, 2017 at the Central West Hospice after a long battle with cancer. He was in his 64th year.
Beloved father of Alexandra Hartmann (Jens). Proud grandfather of Yannick and Olivia. He is predeceased by his father Alexander and survived by his mother Hannelore. He is also survived by his siblings Manfred (Michelle), Mary-Ann and Karen (Gerry). He is loved by his nieces and nephews Jessica (Jason), Franz, Justine and Lyndsay, and great nieces and nephew Quentin, Mina and Rainey. He will be missed by many relatives and friends in Canada, Germany, United States and Australia.
Family and friends may attend a funeral service for Peter, which will be held at St. Albertus Church, 416 Parkdale Avenue, on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 11:00 am. A reception will follow after the service in the church hall.
The family would like to thank the Community Care Access Centre and the Central West Hospice for their compassion and kindness. A special thanks to Jeff and Peter from CCAC (Bayshore).
