Peter Zis

On the morning of March 24th, 2025, Peter Zis, approaching his 85th birthday, passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Health Centre in Toronto.

He was born to Nicoletta and Evangelios on the 3rd of April 1940 in Sparta, Greece. Preceded in death by his wife Toula. Survived by his only son Angelo and many nieces, nephews, godchildren and extended family members.

In 1958, Peter embarked towards a new life in Canada. He immersed himself in working at Toronto’s hotels and restaurants. A career he loved until his full retirement in 2009. He wed his sweetheart Toula in 1960 and lived a good family life with her and their son Angelo in Toronto. With their large extended family, Peter (and Toula) enjoyed constant company and looked forward to good relations and their "next visits."

Peter was a proud family man, a good neighbour and in good humour, always.

A Good Paradise for you, dear Peter. Forever Remembered.
