Phillip Michael Sweet

Peacefully, surrounded by extended family, at Toronto Western Hospital, after a brief illness. Dearly beloved son of the late Catherine and Michael (Mary). Phillip will be dearly missed by his brother Thayer (Tasha) and sister Corrine (the late Gerbel) and his niece Jazmyne. Phillip will also be mourned by his extended family in the USA, Canada, Scotland and Australia.  He will be lovingly remembered by his many friends in Florida, Ohio, Toronto and Mississauga, especially by Katie, Maritia and Noura.

Phillip’s family extend their gratitude to the ICU team at Toronto Western for their excellent care.

Cremation has taken place. Phillip's friends are encouraged to commemorate him in any way that is meaningful to them.  Donations in Phillip's memory may be made to any of the following, or to the charity of your choice.
