Passed away peacefully at Elizabeth Bruyere Hospital on the 25th of June 2017 in his 73rd year.
Beloved brother of Johanne, Danielle and Bernard.
Pierre served in the Royal Canadian Navy as a cook aboard the ships, and enjoyed cooking, gardening and painting at home.
The funeral service will be held at St Mary's Parish, 100 Young Street, Ottawa, on Tuesday, July 4th at 10:30 AM.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Bruyere hospital and his friends that stayed by his side in his final days.
Pierre's cremated remains will be returned to the sea, where he wished to rest.
