Randy Glenn Valin

Randy loved old school jazz, blues and rock and roll. He enjoyed baseball – playing and watching. He was know as “Gaffer” and recently “Grandy”. He’ll be remembered for his sense of humour and ease with which he could make everyone in a room feel welcome. Everyone who knows him will recall his wonderful stories. He somehow had a captivating way of drawing your attention. He loved his family – Marilyn (wife), Stacey (daughter), Jeroen (Son in-law) and grandkids Julia and Oliver, Marina (stepmother), and Tracy (brother) and family. Although he has been retired for 14 years, (Garlock where he worked for almost 40 years, last as the Warehouse operations and plant manager) was his life.

A celebration of life will be held July 27, 2018 from 2pm - 5pm Halton Naval Veterans Association 2444 Industrial Street Burlington, Ontario L7P 1A5   The family has requested that everyone to show up at the specified time. From approximately 2:30pm-3:30pm we would like to respectfully share moments of Randy with each other so that everyone, but especially the immediate family, can enjoy everyone's thoughts.
