Raymond (Ray) Gosse

Ray Gosse (83) passed away July 4th, 2021 at Maple Grove Care Community, with his two daughters Michelle & Giselle by his side. Lovingly he was known to all of us as Papa.

Ray was born in Grand Falls Newfoundland. He was a caring, kindhearted, loving man, always uplifting and energetic with a positive outlook. He loved music, the outdoors, bike riding and car rides. He was a big part in his daughter’s and granddaughter’s lives, enjoyed watching them play sports and cheering them on. He was very proud of all of their accomplishments.

Ray is survived by his two daughters Michelle (John) Vatafu and Giselle (Carlo) Di Mascio, his three granddaughters Cassandra Di Mascio, Ashley Vatafu and Amanda Di Mascio, his two sisters Bonnie and Barb and his separated spouse Nicole. He was preceded in death by his father Lorenzo, mother Edna, brothers David, Robert, Leonard and Eric.

Ray will be cremated, and a Private Ceremony will take place (as per his wishes) at a later date.

Papa will be missed so much but he will be forever in our hearts and memories and never be forgotten.

In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimers Society of Canada if so desired, or you may plant a tree in memory of Raymond.
