Our beloved wife, mother and grandmother Renata Leszczynski lost her life unexpectedly due to an unforeseen illness on January 16th 2021. She was 73yrs young and still full of life. Born on April 20th 1947 in Elblag Poland where she spent the first part of her life and married her beloved husband Tadeusz Leszczynski in April 1972.
In the early 80s they took a chance to make a better life for themselves and their two children (Tomek and Beata) by escaping communism in Poland at that time, to France; Where they lived for 2 years before being able to finally immigrate to Canada. Renata excelled as an accountant and shined as fashionista. Always making sure she looked her best, no matter where she was going. Even though she did not like to cook she was an amazing chef. She was not able to sit and relax for too long before finding a new project around the house. Vacationing in the Caribbean with her husband was a leisure they finally were able to enjoy in their retirement years.
Renata is survived by her husband Tadeusz Leszczynski, her 2 children (Tomasz, his wife Natalia as well as her grandchildren Leo and Ella) and (Beata, her husband Antonio as well as her grand-daughters Kiana and Alania).
She will be deeply missed by family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Henryk, her mother Anna and her brother Marek.
Funeral services will be held in private due to Covid restrictions, at Forest Lawn Mausoleum & Cremation Centre at 4570 Yonge St, North York, ON M2N 5L6. Flowers can be sent there by noon on Friday January 22nd.
Those we love don't go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear.
