Rita May Card

It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of Rita May Card on November 9th 2024.

Rita was born on November 7,1943 to the late Joseph and Odokia Meldrum (Sawcher) in Dresden, ON.

Rita was mother to late David Keith Card, late Cassandra Lee Card and Robert Dean Card (Melodie). Grandmother to Dean, Dakota Korena Card and Devon Wallingford (Lindsy)and great grandmother to Rylee Wallingford.

Rita will be missed by her sisters Late Margaret Brooker (Late Gerald), Late Dora Jinkerson (Late Andy), Late Laura Smith (Rick) and brother David Meldrum (Late Shirley and Late Jennifer). As well as many nieces and nephews.

As per Rita's wishes a cremation has been taken place. A celebration of life will be held in the Spring.
