Robert John McIntosh

Following a long struggle, Bob left us for a better place on Sunday, June 15th, 2014, while being cared for at The Salvation Army Toronto Grace Health Centre. He has been reunited with his parents, Jack & Ruth, and his brother, Thomas.


He is deeply missed by his wife, Mary Anne (nee Jaroslawski) and his son, Michael, as well as his sister, Lynn Learo (Lindsay Hardy) and brothers, Bill (Lauren), Mark (Dona), Scott (Dawn), John (Jane) & Craig (Joanne) and many loving nieces and nephews.


A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 21st, 2014 at St. John's Dixie Cemetery Chapel at 737 Dundas Street East in Mississauga from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to a get together after the Celebration of Life in the Party Room at 55 Elm Drive West, Mississauga (enter through Visitor Gate; indoor visitor parking available) .


A sincere thank you is extended to the staff of the Palliative Care Unit and the Chaplain at The Salvation Army Toronto Grace Health Centre for their compassionate care during Bob's journey.


In lieu of flowers, donations made to Trillium Health Partners or The Salvation Army Toronto Grace Health Centre will be most appreciated by the family.
