Robert Joseph Wineck

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Robert (Bob) Joseph Wineck on September 30th, 2024, at Glen Hill Terrace, Whitby, Ontario. Bob was in his 71st year.

Bob leaves behind his children, Ronald (Ronnie) Wineck and fiancé, Bonnie Jordan, Maclawa (Mickey) Wineck and wife, Teresa Romeo, Lacy McGillion and husband Athan, and grandsons, Frankie Joe and Ares Wineck.

Bob will be fondly missed by his brother, James (Jim) Wineck and wife Paula, his sister-in-law Devorah (Dev) Wineck, and Deborah (Deb) Burnett, the mother of his children, and many nieces and nephews. 

Bob was predeceased by his parents, Watson and Rose Wineck, sister Joanne (Quenneville), brother John Wineck and brother-in-law Bert Quenneville. 

There will be a Celebration of Life on October 19th, 2-4:30, at michellesbilliards.com (private room) in Whitby, where Bob and Jim played many rounds of pool. We can all share our memories and celebrate Bob.

Bob will be missed at Glen Hill Terrace, where he regaled friends and staff with many stories about his family, friends, patriotism, and (almost) NHL career! 😉
