Passed away peacefully at home in Toronto on Tuesday, June 7th, 2016 in her 66th year.
Loving sister of Christine Mills-McCulligh and step-sister of Wilma Wadden, Jane Lynne Hooper, and Clarence Peach. Loving aunt of Rebecca McCulligh. Loving sister-in-law of Bruce McCulligh and extended family member, Edna McCulligh. Loving friend of Steven Biggs. Beloved daughter of the late Jeanette Hallett and Henry Mills.
Roberta graduated from Dalhousie University in Halifax and from Brock University in St. Catherine’s and worked for the city of Toronto at the Water Treatment Plant.
