POIRIER, Roger Lionel On Wednesday June 20, 2018 Roger Lionel Poirier, age 91 years passed away with his beloved wife Stella Van Den Beek by his side. Loving Father of the late Suzanne, Richard (Pamela), Lorraine (Robert) dear grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Loving Brother of late Jean (Lucette), late Gerard (Claire), late Paul (Colette), late Denise (Charles), late Rev. Sr Lucille Poirier, Rev Sr Francoise Poirier. A special thanks to all the nurses and doctors and all the volunteers on the 1st floor of CHSLD Vigi de l'Outaouais, 565 de l'hopital, Gatineau, Qc for their devotion, support and love and kindness during Roger's illness. Mass will be held at the Chapel at Hope Cemetery 4660 Bank street, Ottawa, On, on Friday June 29 2018 at 9:30 am, 10:15 internment will be held after the mass, and a celebration of life will be held at 10:30. Donations to the Alzheimer's Society or the Canadian Cancer Society appreciated.
