Ron Brodie

BRODIE, Ron - Born to Wilfred and Edna (McNally) in Glenelg County Ontario. Brother of Rosalind (deceased), Alvin (Gina), Albert (Lynne), Bev (Rose) and Brenda (John). Sadly missed by his children Doug (Lisa), Connie (Ian) Don (Donna) and Alicia (Patrick). Beloved partner and best friend of Joyce Burns. He will be greatly missed by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ron worked as a float driver for EE Seegmiller Kitchener, retiring in 2008. He moved from Kitchener to Gravenhurst where he enjoyed fishing the many lakes of the area. He was an avid sportsman and made regular hunting trips with his buddies over the years. Cremation has already taken place. There will be no service. Donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated in lieu of flowers. Sending a heartfelt Thank-you to all the staff at Owen Hill Care Community and Dr. McConvey for caring for Ron.
