ROSE ANNA McEACHREN, in her 91st year, passed away at the AgeCare Brant Centre in Burlington Ontario, on Tuesday, August 13, 2024

Dear Mother to Linda (Bill), Ricky, Larry (late Sue)

Lovingly known as ‘Nanny’ to her grandchildren, Christopher, Stacey, Michael, Amber, Shawn and great grandchildren Kaitlyn, Sarah, and Skyler

Our Mother came from a large sibling family, only to be survived by her dear sister Delvina Flemming, who’s family adored their Aunt Rose

Sadly leaving behind, her dearest companion Tony Kydyk. She was his ‘Rosebud’, and he was her dancing partner for life. Didn’t matter where they were. If their song came on, so did the dance.

Rose retired after 40 years from Christie Brown and Co. She really enjoyed being a member of the Christie Retirement Club Executive Board for many years into her retirement. She also enjoyed her steady group of travelling lady friends, Marda, Joanie, the late Kay, to name a few. They brought many joyful years to her life.

Thank you to Stanley (her nephew) for bringing Aunt Delvina for visits and to Violet (her niece) for the long therapeutic conversations and cards that she so looked forward to receiving.

No funeral service, as her request. A small celebration of life with family and friends will be held at a later date.
