Ronald and Suzanne,
I was very sorry to hear of Rosemary's passing. I extend my condolences to you. I expect that you have also been supporting Rosemary for the past few years, so my thanks for that as well.
I am surprised that there have been no other condolences, but that is likely because few of us in British Columbia have heard of Rosemary's passing and also because she lived to such a good age.
Rosemary was an incredible person and will be missed. When I arrived at Russel & DuMoulin in 1979 she was the articling student's secretary. Really she was the student's boss and mentor. There were twelve of us that year and we were a bit unruly. She kept us all out of trouble with the lawyers and provided excellent guidance. She was sweet and tough at the same time and knew a lot more than we did. She was always cheerful.
I thought I was her favourite student in our year. However I know several other students thought the same thing. Everyone respected and liked her.
Again, my condolences,
