Russell Ramclam

Russell "Alex" Ramclam, 50, passed away after a heavy thunderstorm on August 13, 2021. Born on May 09, 1971, to mother Ethelma Ramclam and father Austin Ramclam Sr., Russell joins his father in their final resting place, saying farewell to several loved ones near and far.

Russell leaves behind 4 children Erica (Eddiel), Austin (Breanne), Jahruss "Junie", Micheal (Kylynn) and was also a stepfather of 2. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren Melody, Maya, Jackson and Wyatt, his siblings Carla, Austin Jr., Dorla, and Stanley (Merly), and his mother. Many friends and extended family held Russell close to their hearts.

Russell worked for most of his professional life as a Peace Officer for Ontario's Ministry of the Solicitor General and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people. He also volunteered with the Institutional Crisis and Intervention Team, as well as the Ministry's Ceremonial Unit. Russell was proud to serve his community and his country. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, as well as spending time outdoors. He was an avid fisher and could also be found hiking or tending to his garden on his free days. Russell loved to tackle new projects such as fixing cars and woodworking, he was always one on the go.

Russell will forever remain in our memory and in our hearts. He will be missed but never forgotten.
