Ruth Pauline "Billie" Mitchell (nee Beavan)
Passed away at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre on Sunday May 12, 2019 at the age of 88. Billie, beloved wife of Jim Mitchell. Loving mother of Louise Howcroft (Michael) of Iowa, Laura Madden (Pete) of Barrie and Robert Gibson (Lee) of Whitby. Cherished grandmother of Holly, Connor, Robert, Rachel and Nick.
